This Privacy Policy explains how Techvitta innovations and private ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Nursery B2B Marketplace mobile applications — the Buyer app and the Merchant app (together, the "App").
We collect the following categories of information:

We share information only as needed to operate the marketplace:
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we anonymize your personal information (name, phone, address) and disable your login immediately. Order and payment transaction records are retained even after account deletion, with personal identifiers removed, as required for accounting, tax (e.g. GST), and fraud-prevention purposes under applicable law.
You can review and update your profile information at any time from within the App. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time:
As noted above, order and payment records may be retained in anonymized form for legal/accounting purposes even after your account is deleted.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level access controls on our database, and restricted access to sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
The App is intended for business use by adults (nursery buyers and merchants) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
